A: You place an order by email and new customers pay in advance and existing customers are on payment terms.

Q: Within the United States and Canada

A: If you are a prior customer with approved net terms, you can email a purchase order. To get approved for terms, please provide the latest trade references. Please wait for approval before issuing a Purchase order. Please refer to terms and conditions.

Q: Outside United States and Canada

A: must pay in advance for orders. Banking information will be provided after the purchase order is issued. A fixed wire fee is applied on all transactions. It is listed on the quote. Please call us or email us if you need help for making a payment.

Q: How quickly does the product ship after the order?

A: Com-Power typically keeps most products in stock. If an item is available, it can be shipped within a day. Some items need calibration, so the shipment may take a little longer. Please speak to your customer service representative.

Q: Can you rent equipment?

A: Some products are available for rent. Please call us or email us for more information.

Q: How can you get product serviced?

A: All products must be returned to Com-Power for service. You must request RMA (return merchandise Authorization) before you send the product for service.
