Conducted Immunity System (CIS) to Test According to IEC 61000-4-6. The CIS series test systems are configured to perform conducted immunity testing according to IEC 61000-4-6. The system includes an ACS series power amplifier, coupling/decoupling Network (CDN), directional coupler, 150Ω to 50Ω adapters, power attenuators, cables and [optional] CSAT software. These systems, when properly configured, are capable of testing your products to all levels given in IEC 61000-4-6 up to 230 MHz. You can choose from three systems. Follow the links below for detailed information, including a comprehensive datasheet listing system specs.
The IEC-61000-4-6 requires that, when commercially available, an appropriate coupling/decoupling network (CDN) with the defined common mode impedance be used as the coupling device the conducted immunity test. Com-Power has a wide variety of CDNs. The system can be customized to include the specific CDN(s) for your application.
Before you begin testing with the CDN, you will need to establish a calibrated drive levels corresponding to the test level to be applied. When used with compatible signal generator and spectrum analyzer, the CSAT test software can fully automate the calibration process, in addition to performing the actual test. These systems are capable of testing your products to the all levels given in IEC 61000-4-6 over the entire frequency range of the test, 150 kHz to 230 MHz. Notwithstanding the level setting calibration process, Com-Power CDNs are designed and calibrated to meet the latest CISPR 16 test standards.
